My spiritual journey started in 2022, where I self-taught in trauma-informed literature and started my meditation practise for my own healing.

In early 2025, after an spiritual awakening experience, I trained in Shamanic Ritual Arts and Vipassana Insight Meditation (Theravāda Buddhism).

My spiritual offerings are rooted in my 3 wisdom channels: scientific (logos), channeling (divine) and energetically informed (body and environment).

My work combines my scientific and art trainings to a perfect blend of mind, body and soul. My aims are to reduce physical and emotional pain and bring us back to wholeness in connection with Nature.
