ARGILUR - Clothing that Heals the Planet

I develop carbon sequestering textiles for the apparel industry. Letting nature naturally do Her thing - creating sustainable materials.

I adapting them to our daily uses and purposes. To substitute our harming materials with Nature-friendly ones.

I spent over a decade as an academic understanding of the Climate Crisis and informing policy makers.

Extracting Nature's Materials - Fossils.

I experimented first hand the different pace of climate changes, research and policy.

Who is winning? Climate changes, unfortunately.

They are happening fast.

I needed to do switch into  a career that had a speed that could catch up with the Climate Changes.

I pivoted my career into Climate Solutions with industry applications of these Nature Materials.

I experiment with microbes and let them show us better materials that decompose back to Nature.

I create clothing technology that absorbes CO2 and fight the climate fluctuations we face.

I am a Climate Scientist with a PhD in biogeochemistry and have worked in microbiology and engeneering laboratories. I have taught undergraduate students in Universities and students in schools where we are in the story of Earth and climate changes through time.

I have published research in international journals, which were cited in the IPCC report and have been awarded prestigious awards such as the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships.
